In this step materials are assembled to the specifications established by the client. Mandrels, braid, liner materials, marker bands, steering components and exterior jacket segments are all stacked and prepared for re-flow.

Re-flow is the process of bringing the materials to temperature in order to liquefy combine and compress to the OD specified. After stabilization the catheter assembly is removed from the mandrels and moved to secondary finishing which can add - porting, tapering, funneling, curving and tipping to the device. We can also add adhesive attached or over molded hubs or manifolds to the device.
