Braided Sheath Assemblies
MP&E is honored to manufacture braided and coil sheath assemblies for many of the medical device manufacturers throughout the world. We provide many secondary finishing capabilities in this process including - installing marker bands, neck downs, tapering, tipping, porting, creating funnel pockets for stent delivery etc.
Precision Extrusions
MP&E started in business over 14 years ago providing quality precision extrusions to other medical device component and finished goods manufacturers. Although we now consume the majority of our extrusions in house for the construction of catheter sheaths we still extrude many parts for use as endoscopy outer jackets, nuero device and cardio device leads, urinary catheters etc.
